Process with 13 employees including 5 installers responsible for specific
stages to ensure each
step is successfully completed.


Details
Project Manager will meet with
you to determine the best product available for your home or
business.
- A Proposal of the shutter system you choose will be provided for your
review.
- Once your Proposal is signed & your 50% Down Payment is received,
we will take Pre-Production Final Measurements of your home or
business.
- Your Final Measurements will be used to order your custom-made
shutters.
- Once your shutters are manufactured, they will be shipped, inspected
and then received at our warehouse.
- When your shutters arrive, we will call you to schedule your
installation.
- Our installers will install your shutters to the exact specifications
of your order.
- Once the installation is complete, our Quality Control Manager
will make sure the installation is complete and ready for your
sign-off.
